<p>Think of CoachNow as your all-in-one solution for coaching needs. It provides private "Spaces" where coaches can create posts, analyze videos, and give feedback in a secure and dedicated channel for their athletes' improvement.</p>

<p>For coaching teams or groups of athletes, "Groups" offer similar features but are specifically designed to support a team environment. Within "Groups," channels can be created for common topics like scheduling, game day plans, and team goals, facilitating seamless communication to help the team achieve their objectives faster.</p>

<p>Coaches can easily post or reply in a "Space" or "Group" with various types of media such as videos, images, audio, text, spreadsheets, and documents. All these resources can be conveniently accessed whenever needed.</p>

<p>Past documents, videos, and photos can be easily reused from your personal Cloud Library. Cloud Storage is included in all paid plans to provide ample space for storage.</p>

<h2>VIDEO AND IMAGE ANALYSIS FEATURES</h2>

<p>The Video Analysis Tools offered by CoachNow can be accessed directly within athlete Spaces or Groups.</p>

<p>When creating a post, coaches can capture a new video, reuse one from their Personal CoachNow library, or upload one from their camera roll.</p>

<p>A built-in Voice Over feature allows coaches to add context to their feedback by adding their voice to any video or photo. It is a simple and effective way to deliver high-value coaching feedback in a personalized manner.</p>

<p>Coaches can film at 240 fps and use the Slow Motion feature to break down every movement, enabling precise feedback with pinpoint accuracy.</p>

<p>Dynamic annotation tools help eliminate confusion by providing technical feedback through angles, shapes, timers, and more. These tools keep athletes vigilant about their form and technique.</p>

<p>Comparison Shots allow coaches to view their athletes side-by-side, providing a more dynamic and insightful analysis than a single shot alone.</p>
